Pikotek Has been acquired by Enpro Industries, Inc.

Pikotek is pleased to announce that effective Thursday October 2, the Company was acquired by EnPro Industries, Inc. of Charlotte, North Carolina. EnPro Industries is the parent company of Garlock Sealing Technologies, a leader in the area of gaskets and advanced sealing systems. Pikotek will be an independent business unit of EnPro, managed with Garlock Sealing Technologies in EnPro's Sealing Products segment. Pikotek will retain all sales and marketing responsibilities for its products worldwide.
Pikotek will continue to manage our business as we have done in the past and we expect no changes in our customer or distributor relations. What we do expect is to realize significant product, market and customer synergies between Garlock and Pikotek where we will leverage our combined resources. With the strength of EnPro and Garlock behind Pikotek we will be able to offer our existing customers and distributors a greater range of product solutions, which will allow us to grow our existing business.
